At EasyMartX, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Personal care and hygiene products (opened)
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@easymartx.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@easymartx.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@easymartx.com and we will investigate immediately.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@easymartx.com.
