Thank you for shopping at EasyMartX. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across the USA.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (orders under $50): $4.99 — delivered in 7–15 business days
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): $0.00 — delivered in 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99 — delivered in 3–7 business days

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. EasyMartX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), or other factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

EasyMartX is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first, then contact us at support@easymartx.com.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. EasyMartX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@easymartx.com.
